Fireclay Kitchen Sinks

Fireclay uses a finer kaolin-rich body pressed in plaster moulds and fired hotter, which makes the fired piece denser and harder than a standard vitreous china sink. The glazed surface is non-porous and stands up to daily contact with pots, cutlery and boiling water.

Yes — glossy white is the core finish across the range, and every model is available in the matte and dual-color options shown on its model page. Custom OEM glaze colors are also supported for volume programmes.

Yes. We produce a dedicated fireclay undermount model, and many apron-front models can also be fitted flush with the countertop. Because the answer differs per model, each model page lists the mounting options that model actually offers rather than a blanket claim.

Yes — the workstation ledge appears across the range, from a 24-inch single bowl up to 36-inch double bowl layouts. Every workstation model ships with the roll-up drying rack; a bottom grid and basket strainer are standard on all models, workstation or not.

Overall widths run from 24-inch compact models to 39-inch large single and 1.5-bowl formats. Fireclay shrinks as it fires, so model pages print the fired overall width and the minimum base cabinet side by side — spec from the model page, not from nominal sizes.

Each sink is packed with protective corner and face protection and validated to ISTA 3A drop testing for container shipping. Wholesale and OEM orders ship factory-direct via Tianjin Port; packaging details and pallet quantities are confirmed on request.

Yes — the durability is structural rather than coated. A vitrified fine-fireclay core fired at 1200–1280 °C sits under a non-porous glaze that resists scratches, thermal shock and staining with no resealing schedule, and because the apron is part of the fired body there is no glued front panel to separate. Heavy daily use — cast iron pots, boiling water, standing water — is the condition the material was developed for.

In order: the cUPC listing with a checkable IAPMO file for your market, the dimensioned drawing of the exact model with tolerance bands, and a dated production video from the seller's own casting and firing lines. A factory answers with a campus, a kiln and a certificate set; an intermediary answers with a catalogue. Our factory-tour page and OEM guide show both for TAITAO.
